Top Management ensures that the quality policy is communicated to all employees. It is included in the QMS new employee training & orientation programme. It is also displayed at key locations throughout the facility to maintain high standards within the organisation.
Top management reviews the quality policy at each management review meeting to reevaluate its continuing relevance to the organisation.

To not exceed 3 customer complaints in a calendar year.
To maintain fewer than 10 cases of purchases/supplier non-conformities to corrective actions in a calendar year.
